Arbiter Travel Co. was founded by Lauren Tulp Cichocki in 2017 as a resource for travelers who share her passion for discovering beautiful places and things. After working with a travel advisor to plan her own honeymoon, Lauren saw an opportunity to turn her lifelong love of travel and planning into a business. She was quickly recognized as a rising star advisor, and considered an industry authority. In 2024, she was named as a Top Travel Specialist by Condé Nast Traveler.

As a former director at several luxury lifestyle brands, including India Hicks and One Kings Lane, Lauren’s eye for design brings a unique edge to her meticulously planned itineraries, and her clients value the personal touch that goes into every detail.

Raised on the East Coast, Lauren has called Los Angeles home for nearly two decades. When she is not dreaming up trips for clients or scouting new destinations, she is spending time with her husband and their two boys.
