This year’s gathering was hosted at Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica, and our founder, Lauren Tulp Cichocki, was among those included.
At Arbiter, relationships matter. Lauren, spent three days with General Managers and directors from 70 Four Seasons hotels — plus the teams behind the Four Seasons Private Jet and Four Seasons Yachts. Being in the room with these key decision-makers ensures Arbiter clients are always more than just a booking number.
The summit blends 1:1 meetings, leadership panels, and strategic growth sessions with brand-wide updates — alongside thoughtfully hosted social events that cultivate genuine relationships between advisors and Four Seasons. Just days after returning, a Four Seasons hotelier we met with reached out to let us know they were retroactively double-upgrading an Arbiter client we’d already booked for next summer. Attending industry events means we’re occasionally out of office for a few days (and yes, in beautiful destinations). But the real reason we show up is simple: our clients.
