Traveling with little ones isn't always easy (more “trip” than “vacation” vibes), but a few choice items will make everyone's time more enjoyable.
SlumberPod
Hands-down the number one item for ages 0-2. Creates a nice little sleeping area, especially if you are sharing a room with your little one. Hotels will usually be able to provide a crib or pack-and-play, but the BabyBjörn Travel Crib is also a great option.
Doona Infant Car Seat Stroller
Once you get one, you will wonder how you ever functioned without it. A car seat that folds out into a stroller, it makes travel—and life in general—a breeze.
Babyzen YOYO2 Stroller
Sturdy enough for everyday use, this umbrella stroller folds up into a compact, purse-sized shape (with a strap!) that is easy to carry-on but, importantly, doesn’t count towards your allowance. Add the Ride Along Stroller Board for double the transport power.
Paravel Personalized Packing Cubes
We love a monogram, as impractical as they may be for hand-me-downs. But in this case we take a firm stance. Packing cubes are travel essentials, and having each person’s monogrammed makes sharing a suitcase both chic and easy.
Hatch Rest Mini
If, like most Gen Alpha tots, yours are a bit spoiled with their sleep environment (hence the need for the aforementioned SlumberPod), this white noise machine is super easy to pack and gets the job done.
Fire Kids Tablet
Once your little one is old enough for an in-flight movie, travel becomes exponentially easier, and for some of us, a bit of screen time is a beyond necessary evil.
